📋 Description

• Build the platform that makes everything else possible • Own the people, delivery, and technical direction of the platform engineering team • Translate strategy into clear plans, removing blockers, making architectural tradeoff decisions • Lead the shift to continuous deployment with AI-native practices • Manage capacity planning and delivery cadence across concurrent workstreams • Serve as the technical voice of the team in cross-functional planning conversations • Contribute hands-on development work alongside the team

🎯 Requirements

• 4 to 6+ years of experience in software or platform engineering • 1 to 2+ years leading people or projects • Proven track record of driving team delivery, quality, and outcomes • Demonstrated ability to lead a team through change • Strong coaching, prioritization, and problem-solving skills • Track record setting and enforcing architectural standards • Proficiency with modern data pipeline architecture • Hands-on experience using AI-powered development tools • Experience running small, high-velocity project teams • Strong communication and alignment skills
