📋 Description
• Contact existing MRA E-Bike Center customers to arrange maintenance services and service checks • Inform customers about required services • Schedule maintenance appointments directly in the planning system • Identify opportunities to fill available workshop capacity • Record callback appointments • Contact customers at agreed times • Accurately document conversation outcomes in the customer management system • Ensure a positive customer experience and efficient appointment scheduling
🎯 Requirements
• Native or fluent Dutch-speaking ability • Full-time availability • Ability to make outbound calls to existing customers • Ability to schedule maintenance appointments in a planning system • Ability to identify opportunities to fill available workshop capacity • Accurate customer follow-up and administration • Ability to record callback appointments and contact customers at agreed times • Ability to document conversations accurately in a customer management system
