📋 Description

• Approve, deny, and negotiate consumer auto credit applications, including the most complex applications, originated through auto dealers • Develop dealer relationships to ensure profitable and quality business growth • Provide customer service to dealer staff and applicants • Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulations • Cross sell bank products • Approve credit overrides and recommend improvements to dealer and loan performance • May manage related staff, such as underwriters • Underwrite indirect auto consumer loans according to credit policy, underwriting procedures, and loan structure guidelines • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma • Minimum of 3 years of administrative credit function or underwriting experience • Must reside in NC or TN • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Prime Auto underwriting experience preferred • Bachelor's Degree preferred • Professional, personable, and friendly communication style focused on customer service • Ability to interact with individuals at all levels by phone and in person • Excellent written communication skills • Ability to work independently and effectively in a deadline-driven, multi-task environment • Organization and attention to detail • Occasional travel required • Huntington will not sponsor applicants for immigration benefits
