📋 Description

• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and communicate synthesized results to senior internal team members to inform client deliverables • Collaborate with internal team members during projects, including presenting key takeaways, communicating project updates, and organizing overall project logistics • Engage with colleagues across the industry group to develop innovative and industry-leading methodologies • Attend regular client meetings to identify and analyze key metrics for internal and client leadership teams • Work on a summer client project with a project team • Participate in team culture initiatives and social events • Support technology and technology-related projects, healthcare transformation initiatives, or education and research consulting work depending on industry alignment • Travel to client sites according to project requirements and client needs

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated academic excellence in a bachelor’s program relevant to the role • Graduation date of Spring 2027 (May/June 2027) • Strong problem solving and analytical skills • Strong written and verbal communication • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Advanced or highly proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs • Advanced or highly proficient in PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Visio and Outlook • Comfortable with a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, including potential extended hours depending on project demands • Willingness and ability to travel to client sites as required by project and client needs • U.S. work authorization required • Current resume required • Unofficial transcript required
