📋 Description

• Hands-on experience in the implementation of Oracle Cloud Projects, working closely with senior team members to ensure successful delivery • Partner with clients to design future-state business process and functional solution design • Execute or oversee the execution of configuration, testing, and training/end-user support • Partner with technical teams to guide design and testing of conversions, integrations, and Oracle AI solutions • Collaborate with senior team members to learn best practices and build technical/functional expertise

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP • Experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients • Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced consulting environment • Oracle ERP Cloud certifications (or progress toward them) are a plus • Oracle AI Agent Studio experience is a plus • Oracle Cloud Labor Distribution experience is a plus • Experience in the healthcare or higher education industries is a plus • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams
