📋 Description

• Manage projects and lead engagement teams • Build long-standing client relationships • Collaborate with colleagues to solve clients’ important challenges • Plan, shape, and deliver technology solutions aligned with client goals, visions, and missions • Mentor junior staff on engagement teams • Specialize in enterprise software products and apply relevant expertise • Train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in project management and technical dimensions • Contribute to multiple projects of differing scale and duration • Work with client or internal project teams as needed • Deliver end-to-end Oracle EPM Planning implementation projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience • 5–7 years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning) implementations • Successfully delivered multiple end-to-end implementation projects in Oracle EPM Planning (Planning and/or ePBCS) • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Interpersonal skills to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration • Ability to train and participate in Huron staff’s professional development in project management and technical dimensions • Proven ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or internal project teams • Flexible locations across the U.S.
