📋 Description

• Own project workstreams by structuring problems, prioritizing analyses, and delivering high-quality outputs under tight timelines • Gather, analyze, and synthesize primary and secondary data to develop actionable client insights • Build and communicate clear, client-ready materials, including presentations and written deliverables • Collaborate with project teams to diagnose client challenges and develop practical, data-driven recommendations • Support firm growth through proposal development and business development efforts • Mentor junior team members • Deliver high-impact financial insights for healthcare provider clients across planning, operations, financial management, restructuring, turnaround, performance improvement, and related advisory engagements

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of healthcare financial advisory experience, either consulting supporting provider organizations or comparable strategic financial leadership experience within a health system, hospital, or other acute care organization • Strong understanding of healthcare finance, including capital planning, liquidity management, and financial performance drivers • Experience in restructuring, turnaround, performance improvement, or similarly rigorous financial advisory environments • Ability to lead complex analytical workstreams with strong project management, client communication, and strategic problem-solving skills • Advanced financial analysis and modeling capabilities, including evaluation of financial statements, valuation, pro forma modeling, and discounted cash flow analysis • Ability to translate complex financial and corporate finance concepts into clear, executive-level insights and recommendations • Proficiency in healthcare accounting and financial reporting, including monthly operating reports, statements, schedules, and overhead or operational improvement analysis • Willingness to travel as needed, potentially up to 80% • Candidates may reside anywhere in the contiguous United States near a major airport • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
