📋 Description

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of client-facing SaaS implementation and enhancement projects • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria • Ensure projects are appropriately scoped, staffed, and executed • Drive accountability for project milestones, objectives, and outcomes • Serve as the primary point of contact for project communication • Facilitate status meetings, project reviews, and stakeholder discussions • Provide updates on project progress, risks, issues, and key decisions • Build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to support successful delivery • Coordinate resource assignments and delivery priorities across assigned PODs with Technical Consultants and Team Leads • Monitor team capacity, workload distribution, and project demand • Identify resource constraints, competing priorities, and potential delivery impacts, escalating risks as appropriate • Collaborate with leadership on Technical Consultant utilization, capacity planning, and resource forecasting • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, dependencies, and obstacles • Drive issue resolution and escalate concerns when appropriate • Implement mitigation strategies and maintain visibility into project health and delivery performance • Apply project management methodologies, tools, and delivery standards • Maintain project documentation, reporting, and governance activities • Support organizational change, adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives • Contribute to process enhancements, knowledge sharing, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered • 3+ years of experience in project management, implementation, consulting, or related client-facing roles • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities • Strong communication, facilitation, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive accountability • Experience with project management methodologies, governance practices, and collaboration tools • Proficiency with Smartsheet and Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint • Experience managing SaaS implementation or software delivery projects preferred • Experience working in professional services, consulting, or client-facing environments preferred • Experience coordinating Technical resources, delivery teams, or capacity planning activities preferred • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Salesforce • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification preferred • Ability to collaborate effectively with geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders • Occasional travel required, including periodic domestic travel within the United States
