📋 Description

• Oversee teams performing revenue cycle functions across multiple clients • Serve as a point of contact for domestic business office staff regarding time management, support services, policies, and new direction • Communicate with client teams by phone, email, and instant messaging • Lead client-facing meetings and create agendas, issues logs, report packages, and supporting materials • Manage team productivity, quality metrics, and client-specific service level agreements • Collaborate on onboarding new clients, staff assignments, and point solutions • Coordinate system access, equipment, required training, and onboarding expectations • Align staff to shifts covering client operating hours • Review and approve employee time, time-off, billable time, and overtime • Create and maintain unit budgets and utilization KPIs in Workday • Coordinate with analytics and IT to maintain accurate reporting • Work with Human Resources and DBO leadership on performance escalations and absence/time-reporting concerns • Report to the Domestic Business Office leadership team • Support consistent revenue cycle management service delivery and unit financial performance

🎯 Requirements

• Current permanent U.S. work authorization required • 5+ years of Revenue Cycle experience in a multi-facility, integrated health care delivery system or consulting experience preferred • 1+ years of leadership experience in a multi-facility, integrated health care delivery system or consulting experience preferred • Knowledge of accounting systems, insurance issues, healthcare industry issues and trends, legal issues, third-party and governmental guidelines, and word processing • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Flexibility and adaptability to change • Comfort operating and making decisions in ambiguity • Strong organizational skills, prioritization, multitasking, timely responses, and project workplan management • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret large data sets and translate outcomes into improvement recommendations • Ability to remain seated at a desk/computer for 8 hours daily • Repetitive use of computer keyboard and mouse and computer monitors for 8 hours daily • Ability to interact through video/audio conference calls and use a headset • Rarely, ability to lift up to 20 pounds and bend/stand for periods of time
