• Manage the implementation of Tailored Care Management (TCM) for members on the Registry of Unmet Needs (RUN) • Oversee staffing and supervision of team members • Participate in hiring staff • Assist with orientation and training of staff • Evaluate staff and provide disciplinary recommendations as required • Maintain staff productivity and efficient use of resources • Assist with the development, evaluation, and refinement of procedures and processes • Ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures, URAC, NCQA, NC Medicaid, and DMH/DD/SAS • Use data resources to evaluate performance, identify patterns or trends, and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines • Maintain a working knowledge of Managed Care • Collaborate with other Trillium units/departments and external partners • Travel within the catchment area as required
• Bachelor's degree in Human Services field and a minimum of five (5) years' experience with BH/MH and/or IDD populations; OR fully NC licensed RN and a minimum of five (5) years' experience with BH/MH and/or IDD populations • Master's degree in Human Services field and a minimum of three (3) years' experience with BH/MH and/or IDD populations; OR fully NC licensed RN and a minimum of three (3) years' experience with BH/MH and/or IDD populations • Must have a valid driver's license • Must reside within Trillium's Catchment area, including Anson, Bertie, Beaufort, Bladen, Brunswick, Camden, Chowan, Carteret, Columbus, Craven, Currituck, Dare, Duplin, Edgecombe, Gates, Greene, Guilford, Halifax, Hertford, Hoke, Hyde, Jones, Lee, Lenoir, Martin, Montgomery, Moore, Nash, New Hanover, Northampton, Onslow, Pamlico, Pasquotank, Pender, Perquimans, Pitt, Randolph, Richmond, Robeson, Sampson, Scotland, Tyrrell, Warren, Washington, Wayne, and Wilson counties • Must be able to travel within catchment as required • Advanced degree in Human Services preferred • All candidates must pass a drug test as a condition of employment • Resume must include employer name, dates of service, average hours worked per week, and essential job duties • Resume must include education details: degree type, date awarded, institution, and field of study • Resume must include licensure/certification information, if applicable
