📋 Description

• Complete work orders, turn vacant apartments, and complete special projects or other tasks assigned by the Regional Service Director • Assist the Regional Service Director with budgets for yearly common maintenance and capital projects for the following year • Assist with property inspections for safety issues, code compliance, and compliance with Hawthorne company policies • Provide technical maintenance support as assigned • Communicate weekly with the Regional Service Director about progress, issues, and concerns • Comply with Hawthorne procedures, policies, quality standards, and professional appearance requirements • Assist with other required tasks or projects • Coordinate with the Regional Service Director to ensure needs are being met
