📋 Description

• Provide coverage and support to communities with vacant Service and Maintenance Manager positions • Provide managerial support to communities facing essential and time-sensitive hardships • Serve as the subject matter expert on direct maintenance and service operations, vendor management, and mentoring • Serve as the acting Service Manager wherever and whenever assigned • Provide standard operational support required of AIR’s Service Managers • Provide regional oversight of property maintenance management across multiple assigned communities • Oversee service requests, management, turn process, preventative maintenance, training, and staff supervision • Support Regional Offices in property operations • Assist Property Managers, Service Managers, Regional Property Managers, Area Service Managers, Directors of Service & Quality, and Directors of Operations with audit-related action plans

🎯 Requirements

• Expectation and ability to travel at least 75% of the time • Easy access to a large airport • Strong preference for being located within one of AIR's main markets: Denver, DC Metro, Miami Metro, Boston area, or Philadelphia area • At least 5 years of experience in Multifamily Service Operations Management • At least 2 years of experience in a direct Service Management role • Proven track record managing large properties • Ability to motivate, communicate effectively, and manage hands-on • Strong team-building, coaching, and training skills • Multiple-site supervision experience • Excellent customer service background • Strong financial-results orientation • Demonstrated ability to enhance value at the community level • Candidates extended an offer must undergo pre-employment screening, including reference checks, a four-panel drug screening excluding marijuana testing, employment verification, and criminal background check
