• Assist Lead Supervisors with daily support of domestic revenue cycle staff members • Work a portion of account population for assigned client • Support revenue cycle staff as a point of contact for day-to-day questions and account escalations • Ensure staff communicate actively and appropriately with payers regarding delayed or denied accounts • Assist staff with denial resolution including appeals, claim corrections, and escalations • Help reinforce operational changes and/or improvement initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required • 3+ years of revenue cycle experience • Knowledge of accounting systems and insurance issues • Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) • Familiarity with Epic system workflows preferred • Current permanent U.S. work authorization required
