📋 Description

• Design project solutions across Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, App Cloud, and Agentforce • Apply Salesforce solutions in Education, Healthcare, Construction, or Manufacturing and Industrials industries • Lead technical requirements-gathering sessions and write technical requirements documents • Design and document end-to-end Salesforce solutions • Lead technical architecture workshops with Enterprise, Information Security, Integration, and Data Architects • Lead technical design sessions and write technical design documents • Manage technical delivery of integrations and custom extensions • Manage technical scope and client expectations • Design and manage execution of test plans and ensure quality solutions are delivered • Work with Project Managers, Customers, Development Leads, and Account Managers • Educate customers as a Salesforce.com evangelist • Participate in pre-sales activities, proposal development, presentations, demos, and oral presentations • Manage and mentor team members

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of consulting experience • 5–7 years’ experience with Salesforce.com • 5–7 years’ experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and interfacing with business users • Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to the position or equivalent work experience • Prior team management experience, including mentoring, delegating, reviewing work, and coaching staff • Experience in pre-sales activities, proposal development, presentations, and demos • Willingness to attend and present at orals • 5 or more years of experience managing external client projects • Ability to work with US-based and offshore developers • Familiarity with Force.com platform technical limitations and common technical, integration, and business application development patterns • Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems • Experience with enterprise integration tools • Demonstrated deployments of enterprise software systems using XML, HTTP/HTTPS, Java, C++, and ASP • Willingness to travel • Preferred: Salesforce.com Application Architect, Certified Systems Architect, or Technical Architect certification • Preferred: Sales Cloud or Service Cloud certifications • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related IT discipline
