📋 Description
• Serve in an outward-facing, hands-on, and multi-faceted role • Manage projects and client engagements through all phases from pursuit to delivery • Conduct intensive data-analysis to implement impactful recommendations • Develop roadmaps and advise on process improvements • Mentor team members and provide architectural governance
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience • 6-10 years of experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role • 2-4 years of experience as a functional lead or technical specialist • Experience in leading the design and delivery of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions • Ability to guide clients through implementation and transformation initiatives • Strong cross-functional leadership skills
