📋 Description

• Assist clients with solving complex challenges and planning and implementing Cloud software • Lead team members throughout the implementation lifecycle • Work with Huron and client team members during planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go-live, and post-production support • Manage multiple project teams simultaneously at disparate locations • Identify and proactively mitigate project risks • Foster relationships with client personnel at all levels • Facilitate and lead client meetings • Develop team work plans and coordinate project team activities • Direct client and consulting resources in day-to-day duties • Manage client deliverables, project budget, and quality assurance • Coach and mentor Analysts and Associates • Participate in practice and business development initiatives • Manage engagement economics, including financial forecasts, burn rates, and AR • Develop statements of work and manage change orders

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of related experience with Cloud implementation experience • Project implementation experience with Salesforce.com in Higher Education, Healthcare, Construction or Manufacturing and Industrials industries • Experience as a functional application specialist • Excellent communication skills - oral and written - and interpersonal skills to establish relationships of trust and collaboration • Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in project-management and technical dimensions • Ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration • Strong analytical skills to translate meeting information into documentation for participants and project teams • Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies • Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience • Willingness to travel as necessary
