📋 Description

• Manage, maintain, and secure cloud and server infrastructure for performance, reliability, and scalability • Configure hardware and software and perform server and cloud maintenance • Proactively monitor infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and implement security and disaster recovery best practices • Respond to user issues and requests routed by the Help Desk • Provide technical assistance to IT team members and firm users, including occasional mobile support and work outside normal business hours • Support migrations, upgrades, and cloud integration projects • Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and core infrastructure services • Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers • Apply patches and updates • Monitor and optimize server and cloud performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness • Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Azure Virtual Desktop environments • Administer Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Teams Phones, Intune, and OneDrive for Business • Implement Office 365 compliance and security measures and train the Service Delivery Team • Implement security policies and access controls and apply Security Team remediation measures • Develop backup strategies and disaster recovery plans with engineers; perform backup tests and restore drills • Use monitoring applications and participate in 24x7 on-call rotations for critical monitoring and after-hours escalations • Handle service requests, incidents, and changes according to ITIL best practices • Develop automation scripts and optimize configurations for scalability and cost efficiency • Maintain documentation, cross-train administrators, and generate performance and security reports

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required • 2-year degree preferred or commensurate professional and educational experience • 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a professional services environment • Strong knowledge of Windows Server and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) • Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bicep, batch files) • Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and networking fundamentals • Strong collaboration skills for project-based work • Cover letter and resume required • Principal Applicants Only
