📋 Description

• Support engineering, implementation, optimization, and lifecycle management of enterprise infrastructure platforms • Engineer and modernize infrastructure platforms across VMware, Windows, UCS, SCCM, and related technologies • Plan platform lifecycles, develop automation, improve resiliency, develop standards, perform technical analysis, and support strategic infrastructure initiatives • Collaborate with infrastructure architects, engineers, Enterprise Architects, application teams, operations teams, and vendor partners • Coordinate crisis management, support escalations, change management, release management, capacity management, and other ITIL processes • Assist with and lead technology strategy and roadmap development, including infrastructure design, documentation, communication, and implementation of standards • Analyze, plan, justify, schedule, and coordinate specialty-area administrative, operational, and financial initiatives, including TCO, optimization, and efficiency • Work with suppliers and vendors to deliver outcomes aligned with organizational strategy • Oversee reporting metrics, dashboards, and status reporting for quality and performance • Plan, monitor, and control operating and capital budgets

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required • Degree in Business Administration, Computer/Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field • 8 years of technical engineering experience • Subject matter expertise in specialized technologies supporting clinical operations and information systems • Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret business drivers • Project management and process excellence with a strong analytical, data-driven approach to problem solving • Strong interpersonal skills and proven leadership • Advanced knowledge of endpoint devices, servers, security, network, storage, and telecom • Ability to work collaboratively in a highly matrixed environment • Ability to drive people, process, and technology changes • Experience leading large, complex projects across multiple functional departments • Knowledge of regulatory and contractual compliance beneficial • Experience in a complex healthcare organization beneficial • Ability to explain complex technical ideas and issues to technical and non-technical audiences desired
