📋 Description

• Complete advanced conflict searches and complex projects with limited supervision • Review Conflict Results Reports to identify true potential conflicts for Intapp Open workflow intake requests and its predecessor system • Conduct research to determine the materiality of potential conflicts • Contact attorneys and assistants to clear potential conflicts • Communicate daily with the Manager regarding resolution of potential conflicts of interest • Document and organize records regarding conflict resolution • Maintain telephone and personal contact with attorneys and staff on conflict matters • Track outstanding or ongoing workflow requests • Review completed conflict packets for accuracy and fully documented processes for quality assurance • Assist with clearing potential lateral hires • Support, mentor, and train RM team members • Plan, schedule, and assign daily work tasks as needed • Assign responsibility for special projects • Coordinate manager coverage when staff are absent and assess the need for overtime • Facilitate miscellaneous client services, including new employee orientation and/or RM Program overview • Report regularly to department management on team goals, objectives, projects, and accomplishments • Handle special projects assigned by the Director of Conflicts & Docketing Operations and Conflicts Managers

🎯 Requirements

• 2-year degree required • 4-year degree preferred • 3-5 years’ experience required • 5 years of progressively responsible related work experience preferred • Ability to respond to requests requiring analysis of potential conflict of interest issues • Please include a cover letter and resume when applying • Principal Applicants Only
