📋 Description

• - Identify and engage potential leads via outbound email, LinkedIn, and cold calls. • - Conduct discovery calls to qualify prospects and understand their needs. • - Deliver product demos and manage the pipeline through to close. • - Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to optimize lead generation strategies. • - Maintain accurate records in the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce experience preferred). • - Consistently meet or exceed monthly pipeline and revenue targets.

🎯 Requirements

• - Fluent in **German and English** (both written and spoken). • - 2+ years of experience in B2B sales. • - Proven success in closing deals**.** • - Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills in both German and English. • - Experience using sales tools such as CRMs, dialers, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation. • - Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
