📋 Description

• Collaborate with ENA plants to identify, develop, and execute capital projects focused on automation and controls improvements • Lead machine integration from installation through startup, commissioning, validation, and operational handoff • Design, implement, troubleshoot, and optimize automated systems, industrial controls, and manufacturing processes • Develop and maintain SCADA systems using Ignition • Research, evaluate, and implement manufacturing equipment, automation technologies, and control solutions • Ensure automation systems and equipment operate safely, reliably, and in compliance with applicable standards • Develop and improve manufacturing and testing processes to achieve quality, productivity, delivery, and cost objectives • Recommend and implement process improvements, equipment modifications, and automation enhancements • Ensure manufacturing processes meet production, quality, delivery, and cost targets • Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, contractors, and suppliers to execute projects and resolve technical challenges • Support standardization and continuous improvement of automation, controls, and manufacturing technologies across ENA facilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering • At least 5 years of Industrial Automation Systems Design • Ignition Core Certification • Ability to program PLC logic in Rockwell and Siemens systems • Experience integrating shop-floor equipment and automation systems with enterprise applications, databases, manufacturing systems, and ERP platforms • Ability to interpret and utilize AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks drawings • Experience programming, integrating, and troubleshooting industrial robotics systems • FANUC and/or ABB experience
