📋 Description

• Manage a high volume of low-value ARR customer renewals with limited negotiations • Secure timely renewals and support revenue retention within assigned accounts • Assist with proactive renewal management and achievement of renewal rate goals • Collaborate with Account Teams to develop and execute renewal strategies • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Support teams • Communicate renewal products, pricing, terms, value propositions, and contract options • Review forecast renewal pricing, timing, and risk factors • Prepare regular reports and insights for leadership to inform retention strategies • Update customer information, renewal details, and engagement notes in company systems • Review renewal agreements for clarity of terms, obligations, and risks • Provide feedback to internal stakeholders and support compliance with company policies • Attend enablement training and complete professional development programs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • At least 2 years in a customer-facing role • Strong business and technology acumen with knowledge of company software technology • Professional oral and written communication skills • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Microsoft Windows and Office proficiency • Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Products • Experience managing a high volume of customer renewals with limited negotiations in a SaaS or software environment • Experience collaborating with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Support teams • Experience with contract review and understanding of renewal terms, obligations, and risk factors • Familiarity with compliance and contract execution processes • Experience preparing reports and insights for leadership teams • Experience maintaining data accuracy in CRM or designated company systems
