📋 Description

• Build and maintain an overall scheduling process and assign appropriate resources • Collaborate with Project Managers on daily status reports and schedule or reschedule projects • Monitor projects and planning systems to ensure correct resource assignments and load leveling • Monitor outsourced projects involving studios, photographers, and illustrators • Create and update an annual project roadmap/forecast calendar • Establish trafficking and scheduling best practices and identify process improvements • Support Project Managers with artwork file trafficking and vendor contract proof routing • Support the Group Account Director with quarterly business reviews, KPI reports, and charts • Maintain roll-up status reports across Project Management, Design, and Production teams • Help Project Managers secure project details, dielines, print specifications, and material samples • Communicate internal and external inquiries across client and project management teams • Resolve or escalate account, project management, design, and production issues • Monitor workflow balance and communicate capacity or resourcing needs • Keep stakeholders informed of project deliverables, progress, risks, and changing priorities

🎯 Requirements

• College or University diploma in a Marketing, Graphic Design or related field • Bachelor's degree or better • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant Account Management or Traffic experience • Experience working directly in a fast-paced, high-volume, constantly changing CPG/Retail, creative/design agency environment • Superior organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills • Solid understanding of trafficking, project management, and the CPG packaging design lifecycle • Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on business needs • Open to a flexible work schedule • Proficient with Mac OS and Microsoft products • Proficient with project management and artwork management routing systems • Proven problem-solving ability and knowledge of design/project management workflow best practices
