📋 Description

• Lead a team supporting CNIC workforce management, organizational transformation, training, strategic communications, and Real Property initiatives • Provide day-to-day team leadership, task execution, deliverable quality, stakeholder coordination, and completion of assigned contract requirements • Translate Government priorities into actionable work plans; coordinate personnel and resources; monitor progress; identify risks; and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables • Lead, mentor, and develop consultants and subject matter experts • Assign work, establish priorities, manage workloads, and monitor team performance • Review deliverables and identify staffing, resource, and capability gaps • Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and professional development • Serve as primary contact for CNIC Government stakeholders • Lead working groups, status meetings, and stakeholder engagements • Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and performance; provide status updates and recommendations • Lead workforce assessments, workforce realignment, organizational design, and organizational improvement strategies • Analyze processes and recommend improvements to organizational effectiveness and mission performance • Develop training programs, curricula, job aids, playbooks, knowledge-management products, communications, implementation plans, executive briefings, memoranda, and taskers • Support organizational change initiatives and adoption of new policies, processes, and systems • Lead Real Property accountability, audit readiness, internal controls, facility-related initiatives, assessments, documentation, process reviews, corrective actions, and lifecycle management activities • Develop performance metrics and management dashboards; prepare executive-level reports, briefings, analyses, and recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 10+ years of experience supporting DoD, DON, Federal Government, or similarly complex organizations • 3+ years of experience leading teams, programs, or organizational initiatives • Demonstrated experience managing personnel, priorities, workloads, and deliverables • Experience in workforce development, organizational management, change management, strategic planning, or process improvement • Experience developing policies, SOPs, guidance, training, or strategic communications • Experience working directly with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders • Strong written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Active Secret clearance or higher • Navy, CNIC, NAVFAC, DLA, or broader DoD experience • Navy Real Property, facilities, or asset accountability experience • Real Property audit readiness and internal controls experience • Workforce planning or organizational realignment experience • Enterprise training and workforce development experience • POM/resource planning experience • Change management or organizational transformation experience • Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office • Master's degree or relevant professional certification
