📋 Description

• Lead quality operations across multiple manufacturing partner sites to ensure inspection plans and quality standards are executed effectively. • Manage and develop a team of Lead Quality Control Engineers and Quality Engineers. • Oversee inspection planning and execution across multiple partner sites and product lines. • Monitor quality performance metrics, including defect rates, inspection coverage, and compliance with Hyper inspection standards. • Ensure inspection and quality activities align with production demand and operational priorities. • Lead partner site discussions to resolve quality issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related technical discipline. • Experience managing quality operations across multiple manufacturing sites. • Experience leading and mentoring quality engineering teams. • Strong understanding of quality management systems and inspection processes. • Preferred: Experience working with contract manufacturing or partner manufacturing environments. • Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards. • Experience supporting high-mix or infrastructure-based manufacturing environments.
