âą Define and own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for data center power and cooling solutions âą Translate customer, market, and commercial requirements into product definitions, system architectures, and scalable product platforms âą Lead development of prefabricated and modular infrastructure solutions âą Serve as product owner for integrated power and cooling solutions âą Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and commercial teams âą Drive New Product Introduction activities from concept through launch âą Define serviceability, maintainability, and field-support strategies âą Establish certification strategies and ensure applicable regulatory and industry standards are met âą Support field inspection, commissioning, startup, and customer acceptance documentation âą Monitor industry trends, customer requirements, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies âą Support strategic customer engagements and key sales opportunities âą Act as primary escalation point for product decisions, tradeoffs, and roadmap priorities âą Collaborate with Product Managers on platform standardization and portfolio alignment âą Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, and post-launch product improvements âą Drive continuous improvement of product management processes, lifecycle governance, and configuration strategies âą Identify new market opportunities and product enhancements with Sales, Applications Engineering, and Solutions teams âą Help define the future direction of Hyper's modular and prefabricated data center infrastructure portfolio
âą 7+ years of experience in product management, applications engineering, systems engineering, solutions architecture, product development, or related technical leadership roles supporting data center infrastructure, critical power, cooling systems, or modular infrastructure solutions âą Experience leading complex hardware products through the full product lifecycle, including product development and New Product Introduction (NPI) âą Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, power distribution systems, critical power equipment, cooling technologies, thermal management systems, or modular infrastructure solutions âą Ability to read and interpret one-line diagrams, system layouts, technical drawings, and equipment specifications âą Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority âą Strong business acumen balancing customer requirements, technical considerations, operational constraints, and commercial objectives âą Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline âą Experience with prefabricated, modular, skid-based, containerized, or factory-built infrastructure solutions preferred âą Experience with modular data centers, power modules, cooling plants, eHouses, electrical skids, or integrated infrastructure systems preferred âą Experience with PDUs, RPPs, switchboards, UPS systems, cooling equipment, thermal management systems, or integrated infrastructure platforms preferred âą Familiarity with UL, NEC, ASHRAE, and other relevant electrical and thermal standards preferred âą Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future âą Remote candidates must be willing to travel
