📋 Description

• Lead customer interviews, usability tests, analytics reviews, and problem discovery • Use AI agents to transcribe and tag interviews, cluster themes, analyze feedback, and query product analytics • Build working prototypes with Claude Code in the live codebase using real components, data, and model responses • Submit and review small UI and UX pull requests for production • Produce working code as the primary output, supported by UX specs and design files where needed • Contribute reusable, documented design-system components and tokens in Figma and code • Design trustworthy AI experiences with provenance, human review, traceable reasoning, and graceful handling of uncertainty • Ensure WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility compliance and manually verify AI-generated checks • Create reusable prompts, Claude skills, and agents; help designers and PMs adopt them • Run design reviews and explain complex decisions • Define success before launch and measure outcomes after launch • Collaborate directly with the Design Director, product managers, engineering, customers, and users

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, including 3+ years in B2B SaaS • Proof that AI changed how you work, including measurable improvements • Hands-on experience with agentic coding tools; Claude Code is standard, with Cursor or similar accepted • Front-end literacy in HTML, CSS, React, and Git • Ability to evaluate and quality-check AI-generated work • Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills • Experience using AI tools and agents in research work • Strong facilitation skills and customer advocacy • Design systems experience, including design tokens • Experience simplifying complex problems in enterprise software • Hands-on experience building prototypes in a real codebase • Portfolio including interactive or shipped work and design reasoning • Valid non-VOIP phone number required for the interview process
