📋 Description

• Direct definition, planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic programs and projects across the Department of War • Provide weekly and sometimes daily program and project management throughout the lifecycle, monitoring milestones • Align Federal Programs personnel across customer engagements and internal projects • Identify and manage risks and issues and define corrective actions • Design repeatable program implementation playbooks • Serve as primary contact for delivery and technical stakeholders in complex government environments • Engage stakeholders on product capabilities, RMF, network, authentication, and enterprise rollouts • Develop Statements of Work, government proposals, and procurement documents • Monitor product adoption and usage health and course-correct at-risk accounts • Run monthly and quarterly business rhythms for federal customers, including reviews and strategy sessions • Establish delivery metrics and build customer-success, project-execution, program-health, and KPI dashboards • Partner with Marketing and customer representatives on deployment and status communications • Represent Hypori’s product and implementations at trade shows, conferences, and working groups • Report to the Senior Director of Customer Operations and Delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years of Department of War program management experience across complex, multi-program enterprise organizations • Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (required) • Active Department of War Secret clearance (Tier 3 investigation), with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance (Tier 5 investigation) • U.S. citizenship (required) • Proficiency with software delivery methodologies and portfolio management for SaaS, on-premises, or hybrid deployments • Proficiency with Salesforce and a Customer Success platform such as Planhat, Gainsight, ChurnZero, or Totango • Extensive experience with complex U.S. federal government or public sector compliance requirements • Experience liaising between business stakeholders and development teams to deliver technical requirements • Proven record of defining and maintaining a consistent, traceable decision-making process across diverse stakeholders • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including briefing senior leaders (GO, SES, and C-suite) • Location in the Washington, DC metro area, Virginia, or Southern Colorado • Willingness to travel up to 25%
