📋 Description

• Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships with biopharma • Drive end-to-end commercial engagements and lead complex negotiations to secure high-value biopharma deals • Analyze the biopharma landscape, clinical trials, and drug pipelines to target high-potential oncology assets • Articulate robust use cases for how Ibex's AI accelerates biomarker development and patient stratification • Build strong ties with biopharma executives to capture the Voice of Customer (VOC) • Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Clinical teams for market needs guidance • Represent Ibex at major industry conferences to elevate company visibility

🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D./advanced degree in Life Sciences or MBA required • 10+ years in senior business development with a proven track record closing complex agreements in biopharma, precision medicine, diagnostics, or CDx • Deep understanding of the biopharma landscape, regulatory environments, and market trends • Hands-on experience in oncology biomarkers is highly preferred • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
