📋 Description

• Serve as a senior advisor and workstream lead supporting strategic initiative planning, coordination, and execution • Lead assigned projects and workstreams supporting digital health, artificial intelligence, and healthcare innovation initiatives • Facilitate meetings, workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder engagements • Develop executive briefings, status reports, dashboards, presentations, and client-facing deliverables • Plan projects, monitor milestones, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues • Coordinate with government stakeholders, Contracting Officer, and project teams to ensure timely task completion • Develop implementation progress dashboards, program status reports, executive briefing materials, and digital health pipeline dashboards • Lead project kickoff meetings and support evaluation plans and project completion reports • Provide strategic recommendations and guidance to junior staff • Perform other programmatic, analytical, and strategic duties supporting contract objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Information Systems, Project Management, Communications, or a related field • Five (5) or more years of professional experience supporting or leading federal, healthcare, technology, digital transformation, or program management initiatives • Demonstrated experience leading project activities or workstreams, including project planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and risk management • Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, stakeholder engagements, or discovery sessions while building consensus across cross-functional teams • Experience developing executive-level briefings, status reports, dashboards, presentations, and other client-facing deliverables • Experience collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing complex information into actionable recommendations for leadership • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while exercising sound judgment and initiative in a fast-paced environment • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including presenting information to senior leadership and diverse stakeholder groups • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) • Position contingent upon contract award (Aug/Sept 2026)
