📋 Description

• Design and architect comprehensive ServiceNow solutions aligned with client requirements and industry best practices • Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities, customization, integrations, and best practices • Support implementation and provide technical oversight • Ensure deliveries follow ICF and ServiceNow standards and processes • Oversee ServiceNow integrations with other systems and applications • Improve performance and address bottlenecks in ServiceNow and integrated solutions • Design quality assurance plans and ensure technical deliverables meet quality standards • Collaborate with project managers to maintain project scope and timelines • Communicate project status to practice leadership and clients • Support deployment registrations to maintain ServiceNow partner status • Design security plans and ensure compliance with security requirements • Create architecture diagrams, design specifications, implementation guidelines, and other technical documentation • Lead knowledge-sharing sessions across the practice • Maintain expertise in ServiceNow, integrated technologies, tools, and industry trends • Build and maintain client relationships • Mentor and coach ServiceNow professionals and develop career growth plans • Foster relationships between ICF, ServiceNow, and clients • Develop client roadmaps for new ICF services and ServiceNow license opportunities • Present technical solutions to potential clients • Collaborate with proposal teams on technical proposals and oral presentations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator • Active Secret Clearance • Must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and perform all work in the U.S. • One of CISSP, Security+, CASP+, or CISM certifications • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer preferred • In-depth understanding of ServiceNow best practices and industry trends • Understanding of federal government security and compliance rules including NIST, RMF, eMASS, DoDM 8140, and IL4/IL5 concepts • Understanding of Risk Management concepts and systems including IRM • Understanding of platform security including RBAC, Data Policies, SSO, and integration security • Experience with Integration Hub, REST API, and custom integration scripting • Experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and commonly integrated third-party technologies • Excellence in JavaScript, GlideScript, and other relevant languages • Experience designing and leading complex solutions and integrations • Expertise in system architecture and design principles, including scalable, resilient, and maintainable solutions • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities • Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills • Excellent conflict resolution skills
