📋 Description

• Serve as the single point of contact for the client • Provide overall program management, including planning, coordination, and execution of assignments and deliverables • Coordinate deployment of subject matter experts and clinical staff • Oversee quality assurance and quality control processes • Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions • Maintain alignment across clinical, inspection, training, and technical assistance functions • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams for integrated service delivery • Develop and maintain program management tools, schedules, and reporting mechanisms • Lead internal and external briefings, status updates, and performance reviews • Ensure activities align with ORR policies, statutory requirements, and prevention-focused objectives • Recommend strategies to streamline workflow, improve practices, create efficiencies, and enhance quality

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in public administration, social services, health, education, nursing, or related field • Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing complex federal programs, including multidisciplinary teams • Demonstrated expertise in program oversight, quality assurance, and performance management • Minimum of 7 years’ experience managing teams in a congregate care environment • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance • Knowledge of migrant/refugee issues, particularly related to children • Experience working for a refugee program • Prior work experience in a consulting environment • Ability to promote and contribute to an equitable and inclusive organizational culture and environment • Ability to manage competing priorities, perspectives and stakeholder needs • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills • Demonstrated outstanding professionalism, judgment, discretion, tact and diplomacy • Applicant must submit the application directly; third-party or bot-submitted applications may be excluded
