📋 Description

• Lead creative for top-tier energy accounts, translating briefs into breakthrough ideas • Develop multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, video, experiential, and earned media • Mentor and direct creative teams toward high-impact execution • Present work persuasively to internal and external stakeholders • Operate with urgency, quality, and focus across simultaneous workstreams • Adapt to evolving technology, tools, platforms, and priorities • Help shape a culture of creative excellence and collaboration • Lead creative strategy and execution for major energy-sector clients • Collaborate with writers, designers, strategists, and account leads • Steer the creative product and team from pitch decks through production

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of creative experience (agency or studio), including senior-level leadership • Portfolio showcasing standout conceptual and executional work • Candidates based in the Philadelphia or New Jersey area for select accounts • Experience in energy, sustainability, or behavior-change campaigns (preferred) • Fluency in emerging creative technology, including AI-supported workflows • Strong strategic thinking and communication skills • Comfort leading in dynamic, high-pressure environments • Collaborative, sharp, and easy-to-follow working style • Visionary thinking grounded in strategy • Ability to inspire and teach • Confidence in selling bold ideas • Agility in the face of change • Passion for design and storytelling • Ability to lead with excellence, empathy, and urgency • Resume and portfolio submission • Application must be submitted directly by the applicant
