📋 Description

• Lead teams on state, regional, and local transportation planning projects • Contribute to national-level transportation research and technical assistance efforts • Lead development of innovative, accurate, timely, and high-quality products and services • Develop state, regional, and local transportation plans and planning studies across multiple projects • Manage project schedules and budgets • Facilitate workshops and other outreach activities • Lead development of new business opportunities focused on state and local clients • Identify industry trends and work with division senior leadership to position ICF for long-term growth • Lead identification and recruiting of new-hire candidates as appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in urban planning, public policy, economics, environmental science, transportation/civil engineering, or related subjects, or equivalent professional experience • 10+ years of experience in transportation planning, policy, environmental issues, economics, or asset management • Experience working on state, regional, or local transportation plans or policy issues, especially in the Mid-Atlantic or Southeastern states • Experience in one or more of: multimodal transportation planning; performance-based planning and programming; transit planning and multimodal analyses; transportation financial analysis, asset management, or economic analysis • Strong oral and written communications skills • Proven business development capabilities • Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and clients • Preferred: 3+ years of experience within a consulting environment leading business development initiatives
