📋 Description

• Design, develop, and support innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform. • Partner with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to deliver scalable applications. • Recommend solution approaches, alternative designs, and implementation strategies that align with organizational objectives. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development team members. • Customize and maintain ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and other platform technologies. • Communicate technical concepts and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Ensure deliverables are complete, accurate, high-quality, and aligned with stakeholder expectations. • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase automation, and enhance user experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of application development experience on the ServiceNow platform. • Must be a United States (U.S.) Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green card) • Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust with the government • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Platform capabilities, administration, customization, and scripting. • Experience developing custom ServiceNow applications, and custom solutions. • Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting. • Experience with AngularJS, HTML5, CSS/CSS3, XML/JSON, REST services, and modern web development practices. • Hands-on experience designing, debugging, and supporting enterprise applications. • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
