📋 Description

• Configure, maintain, and optimize ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management, including hardware models, entitlements, and discovery maps • Support hardware reconciliation, compliance gap resolution, and optimization requests • Administer hardware asset lifecycles from procurement and deployment through retirement and disposal • Troubleshoot and refine HAM dashboards, reports, and metrics • Support hardware management, service catalog, procurement, and related ServiceNow processes • Link contracts to entitlements and assets • Support and troubleshoot import sets, transform maps, APIs, and discovery-tool integrations • Improve data quality through validation, cleansing, and normalization • Troubleshoot and resolve HAM data discrepancies and integration issues • Perform ServiceNow administration, including user/group management, ACLs, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and workflow/Flow Designer configurations • Manage and troubleshoot HAM incidents and service requests • Assist with ServiceNow platform testing • Develop technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides • Collaborate with IT Asset Management, Procurement, Finance, Application Owners, and other IT teams • Provide guidance on HAM best practices and ServiceNow capabilities • Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and testing for HAM initiatives and platform enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance • 10+ years of relevant experience • Bachelor’s Degree in an applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Administrator • 2+ years of dedicated, in-depth ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management experience, including configuration, reconciliation, and optimization • Experience with ServiceNow data integration, including import sets, transform maps, scripting, and discovery sources • Strong understanding of IT Asset Management processes and hardware asset lifecycle • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform administration and development • Deep understanding of the ServiceNow CMDB and its relationship with HAM • Ability to troubleshoot complex ServiceNow and integration issues • Experience with ServiceNow scripting for custom solutions and data manipulation • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations • Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification desired • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Hardware Asset Management certification desired • Up to 10% travel required
