📋 Description

• Initiate and maintain contact with prospective students and their families through phone calls, emails, sms, and virtual meetings, encouraging enrollment into ICL Academy • Host informative sessions, when applicable, to educate parents and students about ICL Academy's programs, curriculum, and enrollment procedures • Assist families with completing the enrollment application and ensure required documentation is submitted accurately and promptly • Provide personalized guidance to prospective students and parents, addressing questions, concerns, and academic goals • Maintain regular communication with applicants regarding application status and additional requirements • Represent ICL Academy at virtual and in-person events, conferences, and tournaments, when applicable • Maintain accurate prospective student, application, and enrollment records in the CRM system • Collaborate with Academic Services, Student Support, and Finance to ensure a seamless admissions process • Gather feedback from prospective families to improve the admissions experience • Ensure compliance with admissions policies, procedures, and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) • 1+ Years previous experience in admissions, enrollment management, or customer service roles • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Familiarity with CRM software and Google/Microsoft Office Suite • Passion for education and student success • Strong time management skills
