📋 Description

• Administer and maintain the Seismic platform, including content libraries, metadata, permissions, automation rules, and reporting structures • Configure and support content automation tools including LiveDocs, Guided Assembly, FreeStyle, Digital Sales Room, and Learning • Perform regular audits to maintain content quality, metadata consistency, and platform hygiene • Manage intake, processing, and publishing of content with proper tagging, categorization, and governance adherence • Execute quality assurance reviews of fact sheets and automated documents for accuracy and compliance • Coordinate content review, approval, and expiration workflows with Marketing, Compliance, and Sales stakeholders • Support development of curated pages, RFP materials, and specialized content experiences • Monitor and maintain integrations between Seismic and enterprise systems such as Salesforce and CMS platforms • Troubleshoot platform and integration issues with IT and external support • Administer user access, roles, and permissions • Promote governance standards and best practices • Deliver training, documentation, and guidance to support user adoption and engagement • Serve as a subject matter expert for Seismic capabilities and recommend enhancements • Partner cross-functionally to support sales readiness and improve productivity • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum of 5 years of experience administering the Seismic platform • Minimum of 5 years of experience producing fact sheets or regulated investment materials • Active Seismic certification • Knowledge of content governance, lifecycle management, and compliance requirements • Experience working with enterprise systems and integrations, such as Salesforce and CMS platforms • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting platform issues • Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality
