📋 Description
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls • Take messages and handle voicemail inquiries • Book, cancel, and reschedule patient appointments • Collect and update demographic and insurance information • Verify patient eligibility and register new patients • Process referrals • Prepare and scan medical records • Perform data entry • Liaise between patients, medical staff, and other departments • Perform other assigned duties
🎯 Requirements
• Bilingual — Spanish required • High school diploma or equivalent • Excellent verbal and written skills, with a focus on empathy, professional phone etiquette, and clear diction • Comfort with technology including phone systems, email, documentation management systems, and EHR systems • Professional remote experience • U.S. work authorization required • Visa sponsorship is not available
