📋 Description

• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track project progress • Lead and/or coordinate project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting, and people management • Communicate and track project goals and ensure results meet quality, reliability, schedule, and cost requirements • Monitor performance and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments, and resource additions • Provide direction and support to project teams to achieve goals, objectives, and deadlines • Assemble and coordinate project staff while managing resource availability and allocation • Report project progress, problems, and solutions to stakeholders • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and vendors • Recommend process and procedure improvements for efficiency, customer service, quality, and cost savings • Update project milestone information in IDeaS CRM software • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Computer Science, or a related field • 5+ years in a project management role • Working knowledge of project management tools • Proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office software suite • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to travel and/or adjust working hours occasionally to accommodate a variety of time zones • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to work and learn independently • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global team environment • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Applicants should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status
