📋 Description

• Independently drive or fly to commercial properties such as shopping centers, warehouses, and office parks • Capture precise property data using 3D cameras, laser measurement tools, and specialized software • Measure buildings and document sprinkler and HVAC locations • Document windows, signage, landscaping, utility meters, dumpsters, parking details, and interior and exterior features • Gather data and measurements, then input data accurately • Communicate with property managers to gather access information, appointments, and arrival times • Reach out proactively to the Regional Manager and ask questions of trainers, mentors, and peers • Work independently with substantial autonomy and manage much of the daily schedule • Produce accurate property data supporting decision-making in commercial real estate

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in mapping, property appraisal, inspections, GIS, data collection, data entry, land surveying, or outdoor detail-oriented fieldwork is advantageous • Ability to travel out of state Monday–Friday and be home most weekends • Own reliable vehicle capable of carrying a 6-foot ladder and suitable for long-distance travel • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions • Ability to climb ladders up to 30 feet • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. • Confidence using iPads, laptops, mobile apps, and photography technology • Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately • Ability to remain focused, organized, and self-motivated while working alone • Experience in site surveys, inspections, CAD, GIS mapping, or data entry is advantageous • Experience in construction, HVAC, electrical, or similar hands-on fields is advantageous • Experience in land surveying, utility locating, archaeology, drone photography, or other remote fieldwork is advantageous • Comfort communicating clearly and professionally with property managers, Regional Managers, trainers, mentors, and peers • Willingness or ability to earn FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification through company-sponsored training
