📋 Description

• Own the systems and processes that keep the function running with precision — managing our Adaptive Planning environment, anchoring internal and external financial reporting, and maintaining the company’s headcount plan and forecast. • Partner directly with the CFO and FP&A leadership on high-visibility financial projects. • Build upon and maintain forecasting and reporting methodologies for all corporate-level functions, targeting and sustaining 95% forecast accuracy. • Serve as the lead administrator and subject-matter expert for Adaptive Planning, driving systems improvements that increase model reliability, reporting speed, and cross-functional usability. • Deliver variance analysis and financial commentary that is accurate, concise, and calibrated to the audience.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. • 5–7 years of progressive FP&A experience in complex business environments, with at least 1–2 years in a role with lead or management responsibility. • Demonstrated experience owning headcount planning and forecasting processes, including coordination with HR and business partners. • Hands-on Adaptive Planning experience, including model building and administration — not just report running. • Proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and Tableau; comfort pulling and validating data independently. • Experience supporting both internal management reporting and external stakeholder reporting (board, lenders, or similar). • Solid working knowledge of GAAP/IFRS financial statements, including Balance Sheet and Cash Flow modeling. • Cross-functional collaboration experience across corporate functions including IT, Legal, Accounting, and HR. • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
