📋 Description

• Work cross-functionally across Sales, Product, R&D, and Implementation teams • Stand up the current product on customer data quickly to prove value within strategic deals • Rapidly prototype near-production-ready solutions when product capabilities are insufficient • Own discovery, technical scoping, architecture, implementation, evaluation, productionization, adoption, and handoff • Work alongside Solutions Consultants and Account Executives on strategic accounts and net-new opportunities • Build, deploy, and evaluate solutions using customer data • Measure adoption, workflow impact, reliability, and time-to-value; iterate with stakeholders • Engineer production solutions for security, reliability, observability, maintainability, and architectural integration • Partner with Product and R&D to convert validated customer patterns into roadmap investments, reusable components, and platform improvements • Develop reusable accelerators and customer solution specifications • Coordinate customer needs, ideas, roadmaps, and visions with Product and Sales • Evaluate business potential, market needs, competitive differentiation, and functional/technical specifications • Measure role outcomes including influenced ACV, prototype speed, production graduation, accelerator reuse, and product gap follow-through

🎯 Requirements

• Customer-facing and commercial ability, including technical discovery and value conversations with technical and business stakeholders • Ability to generalize customer solutions into reusable accelerators • LLM application development, RAG, prompt and context engineering, and agent orchestration • Judgment regarding single versus multi-agent patterns and handling memory and state • Experience with modern AI coding tools such as Claude Code • Familiarity with enterprise integrations in regulated utility markets • Familiarity with ESRI ArcGIS/Smallworld, IBM Maximo/EAM, SAP/Oracle ERP/PPM, and PowerBI/reporting systems • Technical and functional understanding of REST and streaming APIs, authentication patterns, and enterprise systems of record • Domain experience in asset-intensive industries or capital and asset investment planning is a strong plus, not a gate • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed, up to ~50% • Software or data engineering background; experience building and shipping maintainable production software • Fluency in Angular, Python, or a similar language; comfort with unfamiliar languages and codebases • Understanding of SQL, data modeling, and pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and serving • Strong debugging against imperfect customer data in live environments • Production engineering depth in observability, performance, and operating at scale • Prior customer-facing technical work, solutions engineering, forward deployment, technical consulting, or startup experience • Prior experience deploying AI in enterprise or regulated environments
