📋 Description

• Manage discovery and eDiscovery • Prepare for trials and provide courtroom support • Contribute to case strategy and docketing • Draft legal documents, including motions • Support attorneys through depositions, mediations, trials, and other proceedings • Collaborate with attorneys and legal professionals to build case strategies • Take ownership of an assigned caseload

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in landlord/tenant law and unlawful detainers • Ability to manage multiple cases independently without missing details • Solid grounding in relevant laws, regulations, and procedures • Litigation and trial support experience • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Unlawful Detainer experience or Paralegal Certification from an accredited program • Must be located in the Los Angeles area • Experience supporting depositions, mediations, trials, and other proceedings
