📋 Description

• Evaluate solar systems submitted for milestone review. • Review and process a high volume of solar projects from outside parties to ensure compliance with IGS’ program requirements. • Review shading reports, project photos, and other project specific documentation to ensure project quality. • Become an expert user of IGS’ Solar 360 platform, capable of guiding external business partners through IGS’ milestone review process. • Craft clear and concise instructional emails to provide external partners with detailed instructions on how to navigate IGS platform features, milestone rejections, and product information. • Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions to educate partners on common reasons for milestone rejections. • Identify issues and create software tickets for IT support providing essential information and context to facilitate timely resolutions.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • 2 years of work experience • Energy experience a plus • Solar experience a plus • Basic skills in all MS Office Applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, SharePoint) • Familiarity with Solar Shading tools such as Aurora and Eagle View is a plus • Ability to learn new technology platforms (partner portals, reporting portals, etc.) • Basic computer skills, such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word • Ability to adapt, evolve and thrive in an ever-changing environment • Exceptional organizational skills and document management skills with an attention to detail. • Positive attitude, self-motivated, strong analytical skills, results oriented, driven. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to navigate complex resolutions.
