📋 Description

• Coordinate maintenance-request scheduling with third-party contractors, Customer Operations, and Asset Management teams • Manage inbound customer and contractor communications by providing excellent customer service and applying industry expertise • Manage a portfolio of cases from origination through closure • Maintain comprehensive documentation for site visits, maintenance requests, and related activities • Collaborate with Accounts Payable to resolve contractor payment and remittance issues • Review contractor expenses for accuracy and manage invoicing processes • Audit service-work quality by following up with customers • Liaise with internal and external partners to ensure project commitments and specifications are met • Provide feedback and action items to leadership after project completion • Perform other assigned responsibilities and projects

🎯 Requirements

• Related Bachelors Degree or equivalent working experience • 2+ years of corporate experience • 3+ years in a customer service and/or contractor management role • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis • Current or future sponsorship is not supported or available • Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and contractors via phone and email • Highly organized, with the capability to handle dozens of customer inquiries and projects simultaneously • Experience collaborating cross-functionally internally and externally • Ability to master new technology platforms, partner portals, reporting portals, document management systems, and invoicing systems • Strong organizational and document management skills with acute attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to prioritize workload based on business objectives • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management software is a plus • Intermediate skills in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and SharePoint
