📋 Description
• Represent a training provider, public health agency, cooperative extension, nonprofit, or employer serving well and septic professionals • Co-design education and training for decentralized water workers • Define target geographies, often rural, and trainee pathways • Support partnership documentation for joint proposals when agreed • Advise on credentials, safety, and public-health competencies for the field
🎯 Requirements
• Direct experience with private well, septic, or decentralized water training or service delivery • Organizational affiliation able to host or co-deliver training • Willingness for time-bounded collaboration • Authorization to work with a U.S. research organization • Open to full-time employment or project-based contract engagement • Remote-first with travel as partner and field work requires • State onsite or wastewater certification program ties (nice to have) • Rural or tribal community reach (nice to have) • Existing trainee placement into decentralized water jobs (nice to have)
