📋 Description

• Execute full lifecycle recruiting across technical and nontechnical functions, including R&D, Product, Go-to-Market, G&A, and Professional Services • Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders • Translate business needs into hiring strategies and actionable plans • Navigate strategic and operational conversations across all organizational levels • Source and engage active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, talent platforms, referrals, networking, and targeted outreach • Independently resolve challenges, identify escalation needs, and bring forward solutions • Balance recruiting execution with business priorities, workforce needs, candidate experience, and long-term talent strategy • Create candidate outreach and employer brand content • Deliver a responsive, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience • Support equitable, structured, and consistent hiring practices • Maintain recruiting data, workflows, documentation, and candidate records • Apply AI and automation to sourcing, research, candidate engagement, recruiting operations, analytics, and productivity • Design, test, and deploy agentic workflows and automations • Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and responsible applications for Hiring & Internal Mobility • Document workflows, share knowledge, and enable adoption of new technology • Support onboarding and orientation activities

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive recruiting, talent acquisition, talent operations, or related experience within technology, cybersecurity, startup, or similarly fast-moving environments • Demonstrated experience serving as a strategic talent partner to hiring managers and senior business leaders • Strong executive presence • Ability to communicate concisely, navigate challenging conversations, influence without authority, and adapt across levels of seniority • Demonstrated judgment in ambiguous, sensitive, or rapidly changing business situations • Ability to translate business objectives into recruiting strategies while remaining highly capable in hands-on execution • Demonstrated AI fluency and regular use of generative AI within professional workflows • Experience creating or implementing AI-enabled workflows, automations, agents, or other technology-driven process improvements • Curiosity about emerging AI capabilities and ability to evaluate where technology meaningfully improves outcomes • Strong analytical skills using recruiting data, market intelligence, and business context • Experience with Ashby or similarly sophisticated recruiting analytics and automation platforms is strongly preferred • Experience using Ashby is a strong plus • Ability to support hiring across locations, time zones, business functions, and cultures • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States at the time of hire • Must provide proof of U.S. work eligibility at hire
