📋 Description

• Define and manage timelines for enterprise-wide, multi-module deployments, initially focused on the Qventus Inpatient Capacity solution • Work with Data Integration Specialists, Clinical Operation Consultants, and Product Specialists to identify and implement client-value solutions • Collaborate with external client teams to understand evolving requirements and communicate potential approaches • Leverage inpatient expertise to build and sustain buy-in from core users, executives, and care coordinators around workflows and tool adoption • Provide technical project leadership across the full deployment lifecycle from kickoff to go-live • Prioritize tasks, identify dependencies, and ensure deliverables are met • Build and manage relationships from frontline staff to C-suite stakeholders • Identify and mitigate risks, advise Delivery leaders, and drive issues to resolution • Identify process improvement opportunities and create structured approaches to close gaps • Own assigned accounts/customers with limited oversight • Lead complex engagements with matrixed technical and operational teams • Articulate Qventus’ value proposition and establish defined business outcomes • Create an enthusiastic customer base that can serve as references for prospective customers

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project/program management with a comprehensive understanding of business requirements and technical capabilities needed for enterprise-wide SaaS implementation • 5+ years of professional experience working at a top healthcare consulting firm, digital health company, or health system • 5+ years working cross-functionally with multiple internal and external teams to manage end-to-end project lifecycles and drive milestones to completion • Previous experience working with Epic integrations and build • Certification in IP Orders, IP ClinDoc, Ambulatory, or related modules/applications • Proven quantitative and analytical skills in hospital systems, such as EHR implementations, and project management with complex implementations in provider-side healthcare • Deep domain knowledge in inpatient metrics, processes, challenges, and solutions • Ability to engage in strategic and operational discussions with hospital leaders and surgeons • Strong communication skills and ability to influence and collaborate across all levels • Hands-on experience with data validation dashboards, interpreting Java/SQL code, and complex Excel functions • Systems thinking with attention to detail • Passion for real-world impact and solving meaningful problems • Ability to travel up to 25%-30% • Pre-employment background investigation and drug test required
