📋 Description

• Own the North America affiliate channel, including strategy, performance, profitability, and growth • Set and execute long-term program strategy aligned with broader media activation objectives • Design experiments to test and measure channel incrementality • Negotiate agreements, commissions, and placements • Optimize commission structures to maximize growth and maintain profitability • Identify and test new partners, incentive structures, and partnership models • Own the North America budget, including forecasting, pacing, monthly billing, and invoice reconciliation • Champion AI adoption by building agents and automating repetitive workflows • Lead 2 direct reports and manage agency partners • Develop talent and set a high performance standard

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in affiliate and partnership marketing • 3+ years leading teams and developing talent • Fluency in attribution models and incrementality measurement • Experience building analyses from scratch across large, multi-source datasets • Experience with Impact, Looker, Google Analytics, and Google Sheets • Creative, out-of-the-box channel thinking • Executive presence and stakeholder management skills • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to operate independently • Proven strategic planning, operational, and financial management skills • Strong people leadership and track record of raising team performance • Ability to work in the US • New H-1B sponsorship subject to the $100,000 filing fee is not currently available
